EU Responsible Person

Under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, every cosmetic product sold in the European Economic Area must have a named EU responsible person. This is the legal contact for product safety, labelling and customer questions.
Portugal Glow skincare products
The Portugal Glow skincare items sold in our shop are cosmetic products. The EU responsible person details are currently being confirmed. These products are not available to order yet.
What this means for you
- A confirmed EU responsible person must hold the product safety file and act as the legal point of contact for each cosmetic product.
- The confirmed responsible person name and address must be printed on every final package.
- We will publish the responsible person details only after written approval and before ordering opens.
