Who we are

Portugal Adventure Club ("we", "us") is operated by the family behind @our_adventures_in_portugal and is based in Portugal. You can reach us any time at team@portugaladventureclub.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name and, if you add one, an avatar image.
• Trip planning data: the answers you give in the trip planner (dates, regions, travel style, group details) so we can generate your itinerary.
• Purchase data: what you bought, when, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Technical data: basic logs and analytics needed to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

To deliver the guides, itineraries and membership you paid for (contract), to send you service emails such as receipts and download links (contract), to send occasional travel emails where you opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time), and to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider (accounts, orders, files) and our email provider (transactional and opt-in email). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 10 years in Portugal). Planner answers are deleted with your account.

Your GDPR rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email team@portugaladventureclub.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
