Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By using portugaladventureclub.com or buying anything on it you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Portugal Adventure Club, contactable at team@portugaladventureclub.com.

2. What you are buying

• Digital guides: PDF downloads delivered immediately after payment.
• Personalised itineraries: a draft itinerary is generated from your planner answers and delivered right away; we review and refine it afterwards.
• Membership: a recurring monthly subscription giving access to the guide library and members-only content for as long as it is active.

3. Accounts

You can check out as a guest; we will create an account with your email so you can access your purchases. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payment and renewals

All payments are processed by Stripe in euro. Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. If a renewal payment fails, access is suspended until payment succeeds. You can cancel or change your plan any time from the billing portal in your dashboard.

5. Licence and use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own travel. You may not resell, republish, share download links, or redistribute our guides, maps or itineraries.

6. Travel disclaimer

Our recommendations are based on our own experience. Opening hours, prices, road conditions, tides, surf and weather change. Always check locally and travel within your ability. We are not a travel agency and do not book or provide transport, accommodation or activities.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to members. Portuguese law applies and EU consumer protection rules remain in force.
