Picked by hand
We pick these olives ourselves from our own trees in Alentejo. Hand-picking keeps the fruit whole and means only the best olives make it to the press. One grove, one harvest, no mixing with cheaper oil from elsewhere.
Just olives
The ingredient list is one word: olives. No preservatives, no additives, no blending. We have the oil pressed locally, let it settle, and bottle it in dark glass or tin so light does not spoil it.
What to expect
