Delivery FAQ
Pressed in Alentejo
We work with a local mill in Alentejo to press this oil from olives grown in the region. It is pressed and settled locally, then bottled in dark glass or tin so light does not spoil it. No mixing with cheaper oil from elsewhere.
Just olives
The ingredient list is one word: olives. No preservatives, no additives, no blending. We keep the oil in dark glass or tin so it reaches you the way it left the press.
